Five years after launching its first Chinese store in Hong Kong's Central District, the Swedish fashion house is closing due to untenable rents force.

The new tenant Spanish clothing retailer, yet another fast fashion and forefront runner, Zara is to pay, a two-fold increase, rent of the sky-high $1.4 million per month for the 30,000 square feet (2,790 square meters) floor space.
